The Story
Some stones don’t just catch the light. They seem to be making their own.

That’s what I love about this sunstone. It’s this gorgeous, warm orange, absolutely dusted with tiny, even flashes of sparkle. In the sun, the whole thing lights up at once—not one dramatic flash, but hundreds of tiny ones.

I built the silver around that feeling.

The pear-shaped stone sits inside an open, hand-forged sterling silver frame, with little droplets of silver traveling up one side. They remind me of those little bursts and sparks that shoot off the edge of the sun—a flare caught in motion.

It’s substantial. It’s bright. It’s a little strange. And it feels like wearing a tiny piece of sunlight.

Description
The Sun Flare Necklace features a large, pear-shaped natural sunstone set by hand in sterling silver. The stone is approximately 1 inch tall, with rich orange color and an incredibly even scattering of fine, sparkling inclusions.

An open hand-forged silver frame surrounds the stone, accented by small organic silver details along one side. The asymmetrical design gives the piece movement while keeping a larger statement pendant feeling surprisingly airy.

The complete pendant measures just under 2 inches tall and hangs from a sturdy sterling silver cable chain.
