Mettle is designed and made for YOU, and so YOUR satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. If there is anything you wish to be adjusted, altered, or sized about your piece of jewelry, or if you have any other reservations that keep you from wearing and enjoying your piece of Mettle by Abby, we want to know about it in an effort to make it right!

Sure, we can stamp a blanket statement “no returns or exchanges after 30 days” on all pieces, but when it comes down to it, we really just want you to be thrilled with your jewelry. So, do not let the 30 days no exchange or returns policy scare you away from contacting us about any issues or concerns you have. Our top priority is your satisfaction, after all, the whole reason Abby makes jewelry is to make you smile and give you strength. If we fail to do just that, let us know!

If something happens to a piece, even if it’s years after you’ve purchased it, please contact us and send a picture. We may be able to help more than you’d think. Abby has repaired pieces that have gotten stepped on, run over by cars, dish disposals… you name it. Mettle is designed to be strong and last a lifetime, but sometimes accidents happen and we want you to be able to keep wearing your beautiful jewelry. It never hurts to ask, and we love hearing from you any way!

All this being said, here’s the boring blanket statement about returns, but don’t let it keep you from telling us if you have a problem:



Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. We do want you to be absolutely thrilled about your Mettle by Abby piece, so if you do have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
