Returns & Exchanges
Mettle is designed and made for YOU, and so YOUR satisfaction is of upmost importance to me. If there is anything you wish to be adjusted, altered, or sized about your piece of jewelry, or if you have any other reservations that keep you from wearing and enjoying your piece of Mettle by Abby, I want to know about it in an effort to make it right!
Here's a QUICK guide to returns and exchanges:
Contact me and let me know what item you would like to return, exchange, or have sized*. (Text 770-225-4696 or email Abby@MettlebyAbby.com)
Mail back the item with the return label I send you.
Order the piece you want instead, or have your money refunded to you.
*Some items that have been sized may not be returned or exchanged. This is on a case by case scenario. Sometimes such items can be exchanged or a store credit can be applied. There may be a sizing fee applied. Options will be discussed before issuing fees, credits, or refunds.
If something happens to a piece, even if it’s years after you’ve purchased it, please contact me and send a picture. I may be able to help more than you’d think. I have repaired pieces that have gotten stepped on, run over by cars, trash disposals… you name it. Mettle is designed to be strong and last a lifetime, but sometimes accidents happen and I want you to be able to keep wearing your beautiful jewelry. It never hurts to ask, and I love hearing from you any way!
All this being said, here’s the boring blanket statement about returns, but don’t let it keep you from telling me if you have a problem:
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. We do want you to be absolutely thrilled about your Mettle by Abby piece, so if you do have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
