The Story

A shower of rainbows, caught mid-fall.

The Starfall Necklace centers an elongated marquise meteor shower sunstone filled with fine, vertical inclusions that ignite into streaks of electric rainbow when the light hits just right. The color deepens toward the bottom of the stone, shifting from luminous warmth into something darker and moodier—like falling light disappearing into the night sky.

The hand-fabricated sterling silver setting was built around that sense of movement. A slender open frame sweeps up and around the stone, with two silver spheres floating on either side. The design gives the stone room to breathe while echoing its long, vertical shape.

It’s celestial without being precious about it. A little strange, a little dramatic, and completely one of a kind.

Care Instructions

To clean your Mettle by Abby pieces, simply use a soft toothbrush in warm, mild soapy water. This will help remove dirt and oil from the gemstones and make them shine again, as well as keep the silver and gold looking bright and clean.

To polish silver Mettle by Abby pieces, simply buff with a silver polishing cloth. If you really want to give it a shining, you can use a silver polishing cream and then rinse it with water when done.
