These are seriously cool black spinel studs. Each round black spinel has been faceted, given a soft sandblasted finish, and then selectively burnished across the facets—creating a subtle, graphic starburst that flashes as the light moves across it.

At approximately 8mm in diameter, they’re substantial enough to make a statement while still being an easy everyday stud.

Each natural black spinel is four-prong set in sterling silver and finished with sturdy standard-size posts and generous 7mm friction backs for a secure, comfortable fit.

Care Instructions

To clean your Mettle by Abby pieces, simply use a soft toothbrush in warm, mild soapy water. This will help remove dirt and oil from the gemstones and make them shine again, as well as keep the silver and gold looking bright and clean.

To polish silver Mettle by Abby pieces, simply buff with a silver polishing cloth. If you really want to give it a shining, you can use a silver polishing cream and then rinse it with water when done.
