Why I Love This Design

I call this my belted setting.

By wrapping a single band of gold around the center of the stone, nearly all of the sapphire remains visible while using much less metal than a traditional bezel. The result is a necklace with maximum visual gold, exceptional security, and a remarkably refined appearance.

Every stone is individually hand set in my Georgia studio. My settings are designed to be worn confidently every day—not tucked away in a jewelry box.

The necklace hangs from a delicate yet durable solid 14-karat yellow gold spiga (rope) chain. Its lightweight clasp helps prevent the chain from constantly spinning around your neck, so the pendant stays where it belongs.
