Mending Necklace // Two Part Druzy Point with Pearl Necklace in Sterling Silver
I don't like to impose meanings behind my jewelry. I generally believe that jewelry is such a personal and often intimate thing, that the giver and the receiver should let the meanings come from their heart.
With that said, this piece has a special story.
It may be obvious to some of you, this stone is broken. I can't help but love this piece even more because of it's flaw though. It's the classic irony of life. Something bad, tragic, heart breaking, happens, yet on the other side of it, there's a new beauty. The impact of the fall has forever altered the stone, but the piece that was born is even more beautiful because of it. This piece has an entirely new element of movement now. It's almost as if it dances on your neck.
Of course, please give this necklace your own meaning that is significant to you.
One of my favorite things about these "mantel" piece designs, is that the clasp stays in the back so you don't have to worry about that clasp coming around to the front!
This sweet, one-of-a-kind piece features 2 white freshwater pearls and comes on an 18'' cable chain. All stones are natural and everything else is sterling silver.
Celebrating a 30 year anniversary? Pearl is the 30th anniversary gift!
As always, if you need additional information, or a different size, don't hesitate to ask! I am happy to make the right fit!

Care Instructions
To clean your Mettle by Abby pieces, simply use a soft toothbrush in warm, mild soapy water. This will help remove dirt and oil from the gemstones and make them shine again, as well as keep the silver and gold looking bright and clean.
To polish silver Mettle by Abby pieces, simply buff with a silver polishing cloth. If you really want to give it a shining, you can use a silver polishing cream and then rinse it with water when done.
