18ct Amethyst Statement Ring // Sterling Silver with 14K Yellow Gold Prongs
This is one of the coolest amethysts I've seen! You can see the crystal structure in the large white point that separates the two shades of purple. What I really love about it, this stone reminds you that it was part of a larger whole. When you see big amethyst geodes you can see and imagine how the stone used to be part of a much larger colony of amethyst. I'd like to think that when you wear this ring, it reminds you that you are part of a bigger picture, too!
I made this ring in a size 8, which I thought it would fit most people on a middle or index finger, but if you need a different size, just let me know in the comments at checkout.
I grew up in South Florida and both my parents were avid divers. One of my mom's favorite things to make (which I don't know that people are still able to harvest conchs, but back then they were plentiful) was conch fritters! I might have loved the shells the most, though.
These amazingly, delicately detailed flowers are hand carved from conch shells! Let no part of the animal go to waste! Honor the animal by utilizing all it has to give.
The soft, happy Spring pink draws my face into a smile every time I see them!
I hand forged these sterling silver earrings out of 18g wire. It's slightly thicker than the traditional earring wire I use, but the supreme light-weight of the flowers keep the piece mega comfortable and ideally strong!
Just slide them in your ears and breathe in that fresh Spring air!
Branch Circle Earrings // Sterling Silver and Blue Lace Agate
These one of a kind earrings are a circlet of interwoven tree branches into a front facing hoop! With faceted Blue Lace Agates! Hoops are great, but they can be difficult to put in, but not these babies! They feature my signature earring backs and you won't have problems with them falling out of your ears!
There's something very regal and ancient about a rich red Ruby set in black silver with yellow gold. Somehow, it gives you a sense of a deeper narrative at play. That's what this carved natural Ruby does for me. Oh! And flip it around and see another design on the back!
I twisted and blackened the silver in this piece to echo iron and black smithing. Somehow this brand new necklace seems very ancient. I love that. There is a beauty to discovering the story it holds. Will you be the one to hear it?
